ORDERS

At this time, items cannot be customized in terms of flower selection or arrangement, but the shipping address can be changed within the specified time window by going into your account information page and inputting or choosing an address for a specified delivery.

Not at this time on our website, however please get in touch with us through at team@bouquetbox.com or by phone at 866.8.BOUQUET to inquire further.

For individual orders, credit cards will be authorized and charged at point of purchase. If the credit card is unable to be authorized, you will be prompted to input a different credit card. Once authorized and order is completed, your account will be charged within 24 to 48 hours.

For subscription orders, credit cards will be charged at initial point of purchase for first month’s delivery. Your credit card on file will then be charged for subsequent deliveries before order processing begins for those deliveries.

Our warehouse and farm teams start working on your order soon after it’s placed, which makes cancelling difficult. However, you can reach out to our customer service at team@bouquetbox.com or call 866.8 BOUQUET to see if there is any flexibility. We will do our best to accommodate change or cancel requests, depending on timing, which may include restocking fees.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

We have multiple subscription options: Subscriptions are available monthly, every two months and every three months (quarterly) and are perfect for those DIYers and flower lovers who can look forward to fresh flower deliveries on a regular basis.

Flowers ship from our farms in four waves during the month. For subscriptions, the initial delivery is based on your first order date (once the order is purchased, you will receive delivery on our next scheduled date—click here for our delivery schedule).

If you have monthly delivery, after your first Bouquet Box delivery, each subsequent delivery will be automatically charged using the payment method provided on that same order date each delivery month (i.e. If your first order was placed on February 15th, then subsequent deliveries will be billed on March 15th, April 15th, etc.). You will receive delivery on our next scheduled date—click here for our delivery schedule).

If you have subscriptions every two months, every three months or other, after your first Bouquet Box delivery, each subsequent delivery will be automatically charged using the payment method provided on that same order date prior to your upcoming delivery (i.e. If your first order was placed on February 15th, then your subsequent deliveries may be billed on May 15th, August 15th, etc.). You will receive delivery on our next scheduled date—click here for our delivery schedule).

Your subscription automatically renews unless you choose to cancel before the next upcoming billing date.

You can sign into your account at any time to update your credit card information.

All arrangements will resemble photographs and videos as closely as possible. However, please understand that, as noted on checkout pages, with fresh flowers, there might be some variance in size or color of blooms as they come fresh from the farm.

Our farms and fulfillment teams are committed to ensuring that your Bouquet Box  arrives on time. Standard delivery windows are between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. (in delivery time zone). During busy holiday periods including Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery hours may begin before and end after typical delivery hours to ensure all deliveries reach their recipients on time.

If for some reason your Bouquet Box does not arrive on time, please reach out to our committed customer service agents who are always happy to expertly assist to resolve the issue at team@bouquetbox.com or 866.8.BOUQUET.

You may be eligible to receive a replacement bouquet (dependent on delivery window this will be the for the same arrangement or for a future arrangement) if (a) the item was delivered incomplete, not up to Bouquet Box standards or if no delivery was made and (b) a customer service request form is filled out within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date.

In certain circumstances, including substandard product delivery, a photograph of the delivered box and contents must be sent to us via email to team@bouquetbox.com.

Any credits/replacement credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Promotional credits for shipping may be issued for late deliveries.

ALLERGIES

We urge customers with known floral/fauna allergies to exercise caution when ordering Bouquet Box products and to be mindful of pets who may be affected by flowers.

SETUP & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Likely you won’t be able to resist getting right to arranging as soon as your Bouquet Box arrives. But if you have the time to wait, it’s best to trim stems and hydrate flowers for at least 2 to 4 hours before arranging.

Trim.

Keeping roses in corrugated material that surrounds blooms—do not remove until you start prepping to arrange—use provided shears to trim 1 to 2 inches off the bottom of all stems. Take off any leaves that will fall below the waterline. Be sure to cut at a 45 degree angle.

Hydrate.

Place flowers in cold water. Let sit a minimum of 2 to 4 hours to hydrate before getting started. Again, when hydrating, keep roses in corrugated material that surrounds blooms—do not remove until you start prepping to arrange.

Refresh water every every 3 to 4 days or more often when necessary to increase the longevity of the arrangement.

Some roses come with guard petals, the protective outermost layer meant to be removed. If these appear discolored or wilted, remove to reveal the beautiful blossom they were protecting beneath. It’s best to display arrangement in a cool room and away from bright sunshine.

Give arrangement a pick up by placing in the refrigerator or outside if temperatures are cool.

Special hydrangea notes:

Hydrangeas are equally beautiful and delicate. They are surprisingly hardy and long-lasting too, especially when you take a little extra care with them.

1. After trimming the hydrangea stem and before arranging in vase, soak stems in cool water for about 30 seconds. This will prevent a sap that can form on hydrangea stems from doing so, allowing the stems to absorb much needed water, which makes them flourish and last.

2. After a few days, if you see hydrangeas begin to wilt, trim stems then place in a sink or bucket filled with cool (or iced) water for 30 to 60 minutes. Shake off excess water and place back in the arrangement.

3. When trimming stems, you can also slightly slice up the hydrangea stem to allow them to absorb more water. The key is to have a clean cut (do not compress or squash the stem or eventually it won’t be able to drink the water).

4. Since hydrangeas “drink” from both the top of the bloom and bottom of the stem, you can also dunk blooms into cool water for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not mist bloom—doing so can cause brown spots.

The flowers are for display only and not edible.

You can either dry the flowers to create a dried flower display, dry the flowers and turn the petals into potpourri by adding essential oils or you can simply toss the flowers in the trash—make sure it is either in outside bin or in one that will soon be put outside as flowers stems can develop an odor very quickly.
